Our therapist is particularly talented in massage techniques and in understanding and responding to your precise needs.
She can vary her approach to be light, medium or intense to suit you and can vary her touch as she works.
Before each massage our therapist will consult with you and then blend a bespoke combination of Aromatherapy oils to sooth and smooth your body whilst also reaching your inner senses with their fragrance. Each massage combined with this aromatherapy can repair and relax your body, calm your mind and nurture your soul
Relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage
This 30 minute deeply relaxing massage can take away the tension stored in your upper body and relax your nervous system. It is the perfect unwind at the end of a demanding week.

Full body massage
To relax your body from top to toe treat yourself to the 60 minute Full Body Massage. The therapist’s in depth knowledge of anatomy, chakras and pressure points is skilfully interwoven into this wonderful massage using a combination of the best of western and eastern techniques. It can leave your whole body, mind and soul feeling relaxed, repaired and renewed.
The Amazonian Massage & Facial
For the ultimate treat and for superb relaxation, rejuvenation and hydration enjoy the amazing Amazonian massage and facial. This incredible treatment combines exfoliation with a deeply relaxing 60 minute full body massage with Aromatherapy oils and a 30 minute facial using Germaine de Capuccini premier skin products.
This massage takes you on quite a journey. Firstly the therapist energises you with invigorating massage techniques to awaken your senses. Then she gently releases your body, mind and soul easing you down into the deepest state of relaxation.
Whilst you remain in this beautifully relaxed state the facial begins, gently cleansing, toning and rejuvenating your face whilst your body remains in a state of peace. Pure joy.
Leg & Foot Massage
Let us not forget those loyal, hard working legs and feet. These too deserve a therapeutic 30 minute massage to restore and renew their tired and strained tissues, and muscles. With so many nerve endings and energy centres in the feet a skilful foot massage can renew and nourish the whole body wonderfully.

HD Brow Tint facilitates a bespoke blend to suit individual preference and our Nouveau Lash Tint offers the excellent Lift Volume & Lengthen option.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS
Access
Please note that our Beauty Room is on the second floor of our building and there is no lift.
Please come early for your first appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment time to fill in the necessary forms.
Skin Allergy Patch Test for Tinting
All clients booking a tinting service must have a skin allergy patch test please at least 48 hours before their tinting appointment.
A small amount of cream is placed on the forearm and needs to remain there for 45 minutes. You will need to leave the Salon with their sleeve rolled up for 45 minutes after the test. You can then wash the cream off. Full details of how to monitor the skin test will be explained at the consultation.
Please wait in the salon for 10 minutes after your Manicure/Pedicure
After an Essential or Therapeutic Manicure or Pedicure please allow time to sit in our waiting booth for 10 minutes afterwards to allow your nails to dry.
A 30% Deposit is kindly requested from all new clients booking their first appointment in the salon
All new clients are kindly requested to leave a 30% deposit at the time of making their first booking please.
This deposit is fully refundable as long as the client gives at least 48 hours notice of any cancellation. Alternatively it can be carried forward with any appointment change. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before, or “no shows” may involve forfeiting part or all of the deposit. Please see full details below.
Salon Policy for Cancellations and “No Shows” for all existing clients and new clients
Our salon receptionist will be very happy to change or cancel appointment times given good notice. All clients are kindly requested to give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation please to allow the salon time to find replacement business. Regrettably there has been an increase in the number of late cancellations and No Shows recently. As a result we have had to tighten our policy accordingly.
If you give less than 48 hours notice we may ask you to pay a late cancellation fee if we are not able to find a replacement client or we may ask you to leave a deposit for your next appointment as follows :-
If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment you will be asked to pay a 50% cancellation fee if we cannot fill the appointment.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be asked to pay a 100% cancellation fee if we cannot fill the appointment.
If you don’t turn up for your appointment without notifying us at all you will be asked to pay 100% cancellation fee. It will not be possible to make another appointment for you until the cancellation fee is paid.
All clients will receive a text or phone call 4 days prior to their booking to remind them of their appointment time and date.
Gift Vouchers
High quality, gold embossed Gift Vouchers are on sale in the Salon for any amount over £20. They are valid for a year and can be purchased either in the salon or via our online shop. They can be used for either hair or beauty services.
