When you attend your first beauty appointment with us please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to allow extra time to fill out the necessary forms.
Suzy Siddall
We are delighted to introduce our Beauty Therapist, Suzy Siddall. Suzy has over 20 years’ experience in the beauty industry. She is superbly qualified, extremely knowledgeable about beauty products and treatments and an excellent all-round therapist. She is particularly gifted in facials and massage.
Suzy works Thursdays and Fridays until 7pm and alternate Saturdays.

Facials
Deeply hydrate and rejuvenate your skin with a relaxing facial using the luxury skincare of Germaine de Capuccini.
Massages
Ease away stresses and strains with a soothing 30 or 60 minute massage using nourishing oils from Germaine de Capuccini.
Manicures
Enhance your hands with beautifully finished treatments using Nailberry polish, The GelBottle or BIAB.
Pedicures
Maintain your toenails in prime condition and keep them looking beautiful with treatments using Nailberry L’Oxygene luxury nail polish.
Waxing
Gentle hair removal using the low-temperature Lycon and Lycojet waxing system, ideal for sensitive skin and intimate areas.
Tinting
HD Brow Tint facilitates a bespoke blend to suit individual preference and our Nouveau Lash Tint offers the excellent Lift Volume & Lengthen option.
FIRST TIME CLIENTS
Skin Allergy Patch Testing
All clients booking a tinting service must have a skin allergy patch test please at least 48 hours before their tinting appointment.
A small amount of cream is placed on the forearm and needs to remain there for 45 minutes. You will need to leave the Salon with their sleeve rolled up for 45 minutes after the test. You can then wash the cream off. Full details of how to monitor the skin test will be explained at the consultation.
A 30% Deposit is kindly requested from all new clients booking their first appointment in the salon
All new clients are kindly requested to leave a 30% deposit at the time of making their first booking please.
This deposit is fully refundable as long as the client gives at least 48 hours notice of any cancellation. Alternatively it can be carried forward with any appointment change. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before, or “no shows” may involve forfeiting part or all of the deposit. Please see full details below.
Salon Policy for Cancellations and “No Shows” for all existing clients and new clients
Our salon receptionist will be very happy to change or cancel appointment times given good notice. All clients are kindly requested to give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation please to allow the salon time to find replacement business. Regrettably there has been an increase in the number of late cancellations and No Shows recently. As a result we have had to tighten our policy accordingly.
If you give less than 48 hours notice we may ask you to pay a late cancellation fee if we are not able to find a replacement client or we may ask you to leave a deposit for your next appointment as follows :-
If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment you will be asked to pay a 50% cancellation fee if we cannot fill the appointment.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be asked to pay a 100% cancellation fee if we cannot fill the appointment.
If you don’t turn up for your appointment without notifying us at all you will be asked to pay 100% cancellation fee. It will not be possible to make another appointment for you until the cancellation fee is paid.
All clients will receive a text or phone call 4 days prior to their booking to remind them of their appointment time and date.
Gift Vouchers
High quality, gold embossed Gift Vouchers are on sale in the Salon for any amount over £20. They are valid for a year and can be purchased either in the salon or via our online shop. They can be used for either hair or beauty services.
